A3 convoy to P1 Supercar Sunday, 7th September

For last year's P1 Supercar Sunday (May 2013), a few of us (notax, EmmaJ, tdfcs, gruFFnuTT, DreamToy) met at Liphook Services on the Northbound A3 for the 35-40 minute run to East Horsley - through the Hindhead tunnel.

This year's (rescheduled) event is this Sunday, 7th September, so I figured to ask if anyone wants to do the same again?

I'll be leaving the Shell services at 08h30, so as to be at the venue and parked up by 09h15, ahead of the official start time of 09h30 (queues for coffee were HORRENDOUS last year).

If anyone would like to join me, then add to the post below and I'll see you from around 08h10 onwards...

P1 International run a Supercar Sunday event annually at The De Vere Horsley Towers in Horsley Park, Ockham Road South, Surrey, KT24 6DU. It is normally in May but had to be rescheduled this year to September.

It's a low key Supercar gathering, with a smattering of celebrities in attendance. Last year saw 1,000 people turn up, with over 300 cars on display. It's in the PH Calendar here http://www.pistonheads.com/calendar/event.asp?i=34...

Can't argue with your post Jeremy, but there's a Facebook Event page (hosted by P1) that doesn't mention it being cancelled.

Bugger. That news has spoilt my day (not to mention bloody Sunday!)
(I'd bought a GoPro in anticipation of the tunnel run too) <sigh>
