Spped Camera on the Avenue Branksome

The local safety partnership have started parking by the traffic lights half way along the Avenue coming from Frizzells/County Gates.
Difficult to spot until too late, and a new MO from them. In a Police marked Transit Connect sized van. Not the big van.
Easy to get busted as your speed creeps up coming from LV.... Only escaped myself as stuck behind a local geriatric in a Matiz doing 20MPH....
