I have just realised this weekend is Supercar Sunday at Goodwood. Has anyone organised a hoon from our usual Sainsbury's car park. I see there is one from Petersfield but not one for us southern, southerners.

Would be very interested in a Southern hoon this Sunday. To which Sainsburys car park do you refer?

I think TackMEU is referring to the Sainsbury's at Hedge End near Jct 7 M27. May well make the trip but too early to commit at the moment. driving

How about 7.30-7.45 adjacent to Sainsbury's petrol station and exit through the tunnel to join M27. smile Or is this too late? laugh

Could try a little earlier? The other lot at Petersfield are leaving 07:30 with less to travel. How busy do we think it will be... Considering the weather forecast?

Thought you might say that, it's going to be damp so aim to leave at 7.30? Now showing rain 'til 11.

Dude, 7:15! If you are up and about that time of morning text me what the weather is like biggrin I'm not a early riser so was originally thinking more like 8:30 at Hedge End, althought I guess that might be a bit late. - Looks like everyone likes there breakfast on time here lick

The only weather forecast I could find that put any sort of context on the amount of rain seems to suggest 10am is the point it gets light, before that is looking pretty heavy and windy too frown

Pleasure to meet you Richard and James, thanks for turning back after I pulled onto hard shoulder. I hadn't pushed the bonnet down hard enough so a quick pitstop rectified that. Despite the weather t'was an excellent turnout.thumbup

Likewise and yes I did wonder if maybe it was just something simple like the roof wasn't latched down - should never have doubted the Japanese car, if anyone was going to break down it was I in the fiddled with French car laugh

Was a great turnout indeed, I really didn't expect the number of cars that there were. And that white S2000 leaving the grounds shootbiggrin
