Just thought that I'd offer this up here, as good, trustworthy guys are like bloody hen's teeth! Not many people I feel totally happy leaving my P&J with but this guy is one of them, and it would be good to see him do well.

DISCLAIMER; I'm in no way connected other than as an extremely happy customer!

The place is Purbeck Sports Cars in Holton Heath. It's just setting up, run by a guys called Jon Pickard who is ex Westover group and really experienced n both racing and working on high end/fast/sports cars. He's been working out of his Dad's place, Gables Garage in Lytchett Matravers, and we've had work done by him on the Supercharged MX5, the Renault Clio Sport and the TVR - and I have to say that we have been delighted with his work.

He's moving to the new place to focus and specialise on sports cars - because that is his love!

His new place will be up and running by the end of June, so he'll be pretty occupied until then, but he will still be doing work at his Dad's place to keep his customers properly serviced.

He really is well worth a call. His new place is

Purbeck Sports Cars,
Burglars Yard,
Blackhill Road,
Holton Heath Trading Park,

Interesting. I must say, really good garages are pretty few and far between. I've just had a load of work done on the Porsche (even though I've just bought it from a dealer!) and I'm still not completely happy with it.

It's well worth having a word with him mate. I'm trying to get him to pop along to the Bournemouth meeting next Monday to get his face known.
