Mobile welder needed.

I have a problem with some heavy double gates to my place. I had to install them years ago for insurance purposes when I had a few motorbikes since then they are a pain to close. A number of things like the mounting swivels are a bit worn but basically I need to cut about 3/4 of an inch off one side (which I could do with one of my angle grinders) but need someone to do a good job welding them together. I'm happy to pay for the job I just need to get it sorted.
