Mini R52 Cooper S Coding DSC Airbag help

Hi All
Have recently bought a new speedo for my car as the old one was broke, however I believe it needs coding to the car, as since the new one has been installed, the dsc and run flat lights are now on permanently, and cannot be reset with our diagnostic reader.
Along with this, my airbag light is constantly on and will not reset, and again I need help to diagnose this with a more powerful diagnostic setup. Any help in the Salisbury/Wilts/Hants area would be very much appreciated. MOT coming soon!!
