Old tyre disposal

What is the cheapest way to dispose of old tyre I had not realised that Bournemouth now charge £5/tyre so checked others and Hampshire just say no and Wiltshire still free. Any know how much tyre places charge when they didn't fit the tyre?

Cut them in half, paint them, attach some rope and make superb hanging baskets.

Lol I recall Blue Peter making planters out of tyres, but probably just delays the disposal.

...find a small indy tyre shop and they'll probably take them off your hands for a beer token or two.

I could say, seeing as they are being such arses leave in a lay bye as it will cost them more than a fiver to collect it but that's just being irresponsible

Depending on size might be worth putting on e-bay for a penny as the drifters always have a home for them & most can be used if stretched
