Yes but I think it had a sticky on the roof jobby, not sure anything in the grills. I wasnt paying attention to it at the time as I was cursing myself for getting caught by the Scamera Van on the bridge at Bolney. Stupid thing is I know they park there sometimes and I was cruising then accelerated to get round a slow moving MLM 
Guy was looking the other way at an accident on the northbound carriageway, but I guess these damn cameras 'roll' anyway (eg the operator doesnt have to be with the camera?)

Spotted 4 Scamera vans between Bolney and Patcham this morning, busy bees!

Audi A4 3.0tdi saloon in bright silver on the M23 this morning. Only bit of the reg I got was '59'.
Pulled on at Jctn 10a next to me while I was in the Cerb. Noticed the driver 'check me out' but didn't clock him as a BiB. I actually thought to myself, considering it was the big engine, how plain and boring the car looked, standard steel wheels etc. In a funny way it made it stand out
Luckily I was delivering the car for a service in Crawley so I was just in 'cruise' mode as a couple of miles later I realised he had been shadowing me when he flew up behind lights ablaze and pulled the Nissan Micra directly in front of me. Thought I was a goner as he swerved in front of me. Then he apologised for making me brake hard and pulled the Micra.

Update as I saw it this morning on the A23@Pycombe... PV59 MDR...had boxed in another car with the assistance of a dark blue Audi (A6 I think) but didn't get the reg of that one.May have been MRD? Not sure. PV59 is correct though 
Will report back after the next sighting
ETA: Of course Ive heard rumours of the BiB using 'false' plates on their unmarked cars so they cant be checked. Would make sense? Then slip them back on the proper reg when they sell them?
