Not BIB, but I'm reasonably sure there is a thinly disguised camera van around the A31 that i don't remember seeing before.
It looks like an old Renault Master in white, with two lines of reflective strips on the back door along with the spare wheel bolted to the right hand one.
Rear windows blacked out and no other markings on the whole van.
I could, of course, be wrong, but thought id mention it.
Oh, and Hampshire road safety team are now operating a bit more in the New Forest Park, (Burley etc) and yes, the fading 40 MPH limits painted on the road are very much legal, apparently.

Not seen one for a while but they always used to be ANPR rather than speed. It looks like an old Renault Master in white, with two lines of reflective strips on the back door along with the spare wheel bolted to the right hand one.

I've asked my mate (copper) and he can't confirm it, but there was a goldy/beige, 12 plate , unmarked Volvo V70 (T5 or D5) on the Dorset way this afternoon. No tinted windows or lights which was odd but the lone driver was either a copper (was wearing one of those spray on black t-shirts, tac vest and had an ear wire) or SF heading back to Poole. I had a feeling it was a 'job' car for some reason as i approached and as i passed it my suspicions were confirmed. Stupidly i passed it at a little over the speed limit (Tower Park straights) but he didn't follow me which makes me think there is a chance it may have been a Hamworthy car.

I've mentioned this car earlier in this thread. It's got a full stealth light/siren install, owning an ex-plod V70 myself, I was surprised at how well hidden all the kit was.
D5 225bhp.
I've seen it light up and take off at the mountbatten lights but even if you know what you're looking for, this one would easily be overlooked.
Black Kawasaki 1400cc (not sure of the model but think it was a ZZR) pulled me over off Junction 9 of the M27 a couple of weeks ago.
The Officer was new to the bike himself. He was a decent chap and did not prosecute me, just ticked me off for aggressive driving / running an orangey red light
