Happy memorys 
Lynx have been in trouble for years, their big unit had parts sold off to other companies until it was half the size it used to be, and then it dissapeared for good.
On a lighter note, i used to work for an ex Lynx employee, who now has his own company in Rye, doing pretty much what Lynx did but better, and also has the rights to build the Kougar sports car.

I know, I worked for Lynx at the end, the owner sub contracted out almost all the work bar assembly and some metalwork. There were only 2 guys left in the end. I know the guy youre talking about in Rye. Lynx in my view made the best replicas - only they had the bucks to make the bodys - though the costs between the two are considerable. Lynx charged too much for the cars but it didnt help that even poor E-Type donor cars fetch silly money.
