Sorry lads 'no can do sunday' last one in first one out and all that!! sudden change of venue sprong upon me and now Manchester is my route for sunday.

That's a real shame Neil! You had better be @ the next one. Anyway, you & the M5 will be missed I'm sure.

Things are doubtful for me currently. Just had a quick chat with my mechanic, gonna be stupidly tight trying to get the new 328 engine fitted in time. Fingers crossed! Otherwise, I can't make it! I'll know end of Saturday Night, cutting it a tad fine

Astra can't come along either if things go tits up, suspension struts need replacing

Guys this is all stating to look very gloomy. I have just found out i have to do a night shift on Sat so wont be finishing in Portsmouth until 06.00am. I went to the VW meet last month with no sleep but decided then it probably wasnt a good idea. Doesnt look like i will be making a showing as a result. There should still be a decent group though so i hope you all have fun. Jim

damn, now that i finally have a moment to think about this i find the group's shrinking... spare seat in mine at present if helps?
anyone thinking of having in-car cam-corder fitted/running?
possible route (but experienced on only 1/2 of it..):

Arghhhh, Id love to dump some of my 376g/km but without throwing a 'sicky' I would be stumped.

When is the next meet planned out of interest?

Pete - will have to borrow your camera for a blast on the next one so you can appreciate that noise!

Mechanics working on it now, so he's got a day & a half to get it ready. To add to it, I need to find some foglights aswell, someone appears to have nicked mine whilst it's been SORN @ the yard near his.
