hehe Speaking of which, if you've got a 3rd on the way, why are you planning to downsize from the accord? confused

Reminds me...I've had a friend suggest a nickname. Would "Roni" work? scratchchin

Sorting out a long running court issue with my college from a few years ago, once that's tied up, It's all a go. I was hoping to have it sorted months ago, but legal matters always seem to drag on, plan is to have it sorted by the summer frown

I'm contemplating taking on a project Chimaera at the mo...Someone unfortunately had an off with theres & needs a fair amount of work (Whole new body & respray to start with). I may go that route & "Save" one from being taken apart then buy...Unsure at the mo confused

With the price of Chim's at the mo that could end up being a very expensive route my friend.. be mindful!

Only problem with that is from experience it always takes twice as much money and time when you think you may be saving or possibly getting it a little cheaper

Indeed...Mulling it over & getting figures together at the mo. It's a "maybe" at the mo...But like I said, I'm holding off til this issue gets resolved, unfortunately because of this originally, I lost out on the tiv in the profile (Tis what caused it to fall through at the time & someone else snapped it up instantly after frown)

I like ironio, sounds a bit like dog food hehe

Right the Missus is probably getting a Vectra estate or the like, so their seems very little point me having a relatively large car, especially considering the Civic doesn't have a 3 point centre seat belt.
so my thoughts re turning quite possibly something French and luke like!

I dunno...Ironio reminds me of stuff like indigestion/constipation/pain relief tablets confusedhehe

Eh? i typed Accord?! I was on auto pilot, sorry hehe Ah, I see! Hence your subtle pass at Luke in an earlier thread. Could always buy Neil's M5, seeing as he has a lttie 'un on the way, he'll be wanting rid redface. Imagine it Matt, you could be the new scurge for Hampshire police to deal with wink

idea If you don't like silver..... Stop by ProMotors at the bottom of pokesdown hill... they have a silverstone blue E39 M5 going. Pistonhead member G9ORGE (or similar - see our thread for road trip on 8th) works there (how i met him).

I get upto 28 MPG and 400 miles per tank on mine and even rear tyres which are the same width as a truck can be had for GBP 170 a corner, so they're not too bad....

Hmmmm we don't discuss those sort of things! She drove a Zafira and found it to wobbly..impressive when she's currently driving a mk3 astra which has handling similar to the USS Nimitz, just without the body control and finesse!

I quite like em! My mechanics car is a MK3 1.6 petrol Astra estate but it has all his tools in the back so when you're driving it's sat on it's rears a bit with the nose up in the air half the time. Makes it interesting when pulling away.

mind does that regardless, it just wheel spins even though it is only blessed with 100 shetlands! The other week with all the grit everywhere the bloody thing was spinning up in 3rd just feathering the throttle, and the body roll is phenomenal!
scratchchin the hand brake is err... Useful wink
