Hi folks,

Can anyone suggest a good indie to get my 306 Rallye serviced? I live near in Verwood (new Ringwood).

TIA

sounds silly mate but go to Hartwells in Ferndown they're cheaper than a lot of the Independents round here and you get a nice dealer stamp in your book!

The dealer stamp is a bit academic as it hasn't got FSH! However, the cheaper is certainly interesting. And 've used them for advice and parts, and they seem pretty decent guys.

yeah my boss had a 306 d turbo and had some issues with it and had to get quite a lot of stuff from them the parts guy is miserable as sin but very knowledgeable! Ask to speak to Neil at the service counter and say Matt from MDC recommended you to go there!

Oh, I dunno. 'Do you fancy a pint' comes up as 'Do you fancy a riot' which can be quite amusing.... However, still trying to figure out septic. Cryptic crosswords have never been my forte!

Oh no it won't! My PDA has a QWERTY keyboard. But I'm guessing SERVICE! Maybe I should do the Times Crosswords......

Although I prefer septic....

Yeah, thanks Nick. I'll try Pugracing at Ringwood first. Nice and convenient, and if they're recommended they'll be my first call.

It's not due yet, but I've a couple of little niggles and I'm considering driving across to France/Switzerland for skiing in March and would want it to have a once-over first.

I'm hoping that the Tiv will be at Racing Green by then, having it's rebuild.

If not, or it's been done and is on the road again, and I'm around (and the car isn't too filthy - hasn't been cleaned for months) I'll try to come along.

Yeah, might do. My wife loves her Clio 197 but the Rally is so responsive it feels quicker.

Disappointed you edited your post!
