Rather than contaminate other threads too much, maybe best to get all the snow pics in one place....

I'll start it off.... not much snow in Bournemouth, but a large empty icy car park will do just fine for a bit of morning fun.!!!

Likewise with the G, but not worth it is it.
Being mid-engined theres bugger all weight in the front, although I could stick a sand bag in the front.

Here's my street this morning, just north of Basingstoke. Luckily the Octy is tucked up safe and warm in the garage.

All the snow in Bournemouth was pretty much gone by mid morning... :-(

A few flurries in the air now, but it's decidedly boring really.

And for those who couldn't guess what happened next... here's a short video clip.

(apolgies for the camera work - trying to film with one hand and drive with other isn't that easy.

(i'm over to one side of the car park in this one because it was a better layer of snow so easier to do slower one-handed donuts etc. I wanted both hands on the wheel for the faster drifts.

yes, hengistbury head at 7am this morning. There are a couple of lamps, a ticket machine and some recycling facilities to become entagled with potentially, but the best place i know to "make good of the opportunity to learn about the dynamics and abilities of your car a little better."
Something everyone should do so they know what to do if you get into trouble on the road one day. With the traction and DSC on, the car wouldn't do anything. With it off and 400BHP (of which about 10BHP was used) available through a limited slip diff - well that's a different story!

My Williams Clio & my old McRae Impreza, snow spec ftw. And yes, I was working on my Clio most of the day, and before you ask, yes I was a bit cold, and yes, I am nuts smile
