ok i think most people mite recommend the wheel specialist in fareham but i thougt i would ask i have just aquired some tsw hockenheims for my 106 gti track car. now they are all a bit tatty on the edges of the rim but easily repairable i want to do the main refurb myself. But one wheel on the back edge so nearest engine has a flat spot like its hit a pot hole. The rest of the rim is ok but just need this fetterling back into shape it has not ovaled the wheel just put a flat spot in the back. if any one can help i would be so greatfull. will get pic up tommorow.

The wheel specialist does repairs too. I struck a 'Christmas, credit crunch deal' with them prior to going in. Im sure you could do the same with the repair. They seemed to know what they were talking about along the lines of exent of damage that can safely be repaired etc.

That's some proper damage on that one ^^^

Is that going to be repairable? I know that alloy can crack if it's bent back into shape.

There is a guy in Southampton who can repair such damage no problem. After that collect the whee; and take to "The Wheel Specialist".
