Also, thanks to the Clio in front, helped me put the 205 through it's paces and find out what more I've got to do!!!
Haha! That was me. My car was going well, first time I've had a chance to test it properly in ages!

I was being quite cautious when we hit traffic and didn't go nuts, but when the roads opened up, so did I. I've done a fair bit of work getting the old girl up to scratch and just replaced my blowing exhaust, and not bedded in the new pads and discs till yesterday, so it was a good chance to do so biggrin

Pug looked great! Loving the rally look.

I was behind a drop top Merc on a couple of roundabouts where we were stuck behind traffic. Most awesome tailslides from you there! Hat's of to you haha.

Thoroughly enjoyed the run, some great people, some nice fast cars, well organised and the weather as well! No silly driving (well not too much) On the run down to the services Paulbav set a good pace in his Porsche and sthotfasts Ultima was erm st hot fast! On the route Diablopete set a strong and `progressive` pace (suprised how well Chrissys Merc went) and we had some fun he he... i loved the dual sound the whoosing turbo waste gates as Dicky in the black RS2 in front changed gear followed milli seconds later by mine... although some traffic broke the group up near the end and i took a wrong turn (sorry) i was too busy trying to make sure everyone behind was still in sight. Very pleased with how my car ran only used 1/4 of a tank of super... but do need some new front pads now. Again another well done Jim and Neil i know yesterday would of taken a lot of your time organising it all...roll on the next one. CheeRS Al

Big thanks to Chris and Arw... Arrw.. his lovely lady in the blue Noble for staying behind me and not disappearing off into the distance biggrin

No way I could keep up with the S2000 or the other Noble through traffic or the twisties so the vast majority of the run was just the two of us! Good fun though smile

Fantastic day & great roads.....had fun with the Clio williams boys - didn't realise how well they went.....one of them was forced onto the verge whilst overtaking a biker who didn't check his "death spot.." lucky escape & well held...

Cheers mate, was nice to meet you and see the R21 in action! Loving the dump valve whooosh noises, gotta love oldschool boost! Glad you got to appreciate the Williams from behind, shame there was no chance to show you it's three wheeling party trick wink

I thought you were just cruising along behind amused at my efforts to go quickly.

You did make some great noises when you dispatched the offending slugs. wavey I was in the black Civic that came sailing up on your bumper on Morestead Road then you got a break in the traffic and disappeared thumbup
Think I spotted that in the car park at the end - has it had much done to it? The exhaust didn't look standard - was there much other stuff done...? Was in the black FN2 CTR - always nice to see a couple of other Civics in amongst the other assorted cars.

This was weird. I looked at the original threat too late and it was full up. Got up Sunday and decided to take the dog on my favourite walk through Stanley Park onto Stokes Bay. Even better, nice weather, will take the Wedge. So off I pop from Fareham along Lee-on-the-sewage to the park, walk the dog and along by (my old) school, but I turn round before the end of the path coz I fancy a bacon roll at the bayside.
Got back to the Tiv, drove round the corner and feck me if there weren't a shyte load of cars in the car park I didn't reach.
Still went for my bacon roll though hehe
Me and the pooch popped over and had a looksee at the cars - very nice chaps, very nice indeed!!
If any of you saw a moonstone blue 350i in the bayside car park - that was me!!

Well to be fair, I was gonna come over and just park up smile but that car park is a PITA even when empty, but I suppose its the easiest one to use exclusively. Was a good turn out and the weather was glorious for it, what more could you ask for?

Great meet and great weather!

Thanks especially to Fraser for hanging back enough to let me see where to turn a couple of times when I got stuck behind traffic (I think someone stuck a traffic-magnet to the front of my car...)

Ah, I was with you two in the Red Suzuki. I was extremely confused, because I was certain that at the start you were ahead of us, and then I came round an uphill left handed bend to see you parked up on the side of the road again. Car looked great though.

Great day Jim, thanks, had a fantastic blat in the Volvo, shame I had a BW 330 & Boxter in front of me holding me up, LOL but still went well.
You do such a great job organizing these events, that you have my vote to organize the next one if you don't mind?
LOL. I wouldn't say we held you up that much chap, we left you for dead through the twists biggrin
