Thanks for the kind words Byron. Really glad you're pleased! Once again, it was a pleasure working for another PH'er!

A few photos to to show the finished article.

+1. Did my garage and the Mother-in-Laws. (Unfortunately they let her out after they had finished)...

Another satisfied customer here too smile

Simon and David replaced our very old garage door with a superb electric roller job.

Both absolute top chaps who are PH ers to boot!

I'm really happy with the finished result - finally an end after 18 years of getting out in and out of the car, now just opens at the touch of a button!

Cheers fellas beer

I'd also like to add my recommendation for Dave and Simon of Presitgie Garage doors. Pretty sure they could also post before and after pictures... Fast, friendly and reliable service and the end product is fantastic. Can't recommend enough!

Hi Pete. Thanks for the kind words! And thanks to Emma for keeping us in tea for the day! Glad you're so pleased, really was a big change and finished the property off along with that new front door! Enjoy! ;o)

Lovely looking doors, especially the wood finished rollers. I also like the idea of added security/insulation. In the middle of a house purchase and the garage currently has old wooden hinged doors so at some point i'll be looking to upgrade. How expensive/difficult is it to merge two singles? I assume the middle post is likely to be supporting? It might be my only option to fit the car in, haven't measured the doors yet but I reckon it will be tight!!

Oh wow, that really looks narrow, yes we have a builder who works along side us, pier removal not a problem, chances are, you will need a new steel to accommodate a double roller door. Nearer the time, contact us, and we will do a site survey for you.

Count me as another satisfied customer of Doorman and SupraSi. They fitted a double roller door in early November and I'm well pleased with the result. I've gone from 2 canopy doors to one full width door. I don't have much of a "before" picture but here's the after:

I had the centre pier removed and an RSJ installed by Elite Brickworks of Havant and they too did an excellent job. The LED downlights are from E36Guy here on PH and I did the fascia/soffit work myself.

Now to get the moss off the roof; thankfully the neighbour has agreed to take the trees down.

Should I fit two more lights?

Thanks very much for your feed back, its much appreciated, how about letting the folks see what you got inside, I love that rare beast. Re the LED lights, not sure you could balance up with 2 additional lights!

Here you go:

It rarely sees the light of day this time of year.

I was thinking about adding two more downlights at the left and right edges of the door. The 3 there are spaced at 1/4, 1/2 and 3/4s of the way along the door.
