it did seem to be i was with the same 4-5 cars for the majority of the run and the stopping in that layby full of trucks not wise i think it would of made more sense for us to go up to tescos in the future.
if i have upset any one with my standards of driving please do say but we all have a couple of intresting moments we wish not to repeat and tonight i can safly say that there are some i wont be repeating. maybe untill i have the 300bhp under the bonnet of the derv. but i shall hope to see you all again soon.
I was quite surprised how well that C4 took some of the tighter bends. There were a couple of times when even my tyres squeeled a bit (and they are road legal track type numbers). It's always good to get out on a run with like minded enthusiastic drivers.

That's pretty much what I thought, as well as, fk that for a game of soldiers eeklaugh. I did take great joy in overtaking the two cars at the end of Morestead road who were deliberately weaving every time I tried to overtake 'em on the sensible staright bit and hitting their brakes when I moved out to pass them woohoo. I'm pretty sure they weren't with us.

Really enjoyed the run chaps. The big gay al's biker evening out did c0ck up the convoy early doors, not leaving enough room for people to pass. The AIM instructor should know better but hey those traffic cops or ex traffic cops really think they own the road...bloody muppets. Sorry for the Yasston spray as I blasted past, I just 'had' to get past them. I did then drive like a mentalist to get to back of the main group. It was unfortunate that that bloody great wagon filled the mid hoon muster point and agreed we should have regrouped at a more suitable place.

I really want to thank Hampshire County Council for their resurfacing work from Meon Hut to Bramdean, fantastic job!!

Nice to have a beer and a chat with everyone in the Pots after, and the run back to Winchester after on a completely empty 272 will stick in my mind for a while. Topped her up with some of the new 99 Octane Vpower....I am sure she will like that!

I tend to drive within mine and my cars limits. Not sure if we are refering to the same bit of the run. I remenering following the C4 across double whites but it was down hill and before a right hander and not the brow of a hill. I don't chance my luck when driving. I looked at the amount of road and judged the possibility and speed of someone coming round the corner and concluded the car would do it so I went for it and follwed. I thought it was safe enough but I new that there was no room for you to attempt it, which is why I appologised for follwoing.

Anyway. It was a good run but I thnk I need to get to know thoses roads better.

Sounds like I missed a good run- especially with James from the Pots to Winch!

Just been out for a late night lap of the Hampshire Ring with the roof off to make up for it - absolutely perfect!! Met an imported 'charged Holden HSV on the way in JD livery who is keen to come on our next run.
