Brake Skimming Fareham/Portsmouth?

Hey guys need a set of brake discs skimmed (Focus ST items) in the Fareham/Portsmouth area, does anyone have any recommendations of somewhere that knows what it is (went into Perrys Peugeot as just round corner from work and they said whats that then??)

Give collisons in cowplain a try, i know they used to do it

Is there some reason you would not just fit new discs?
Disc are normally relatively cheap but you may want to consider upgrading.

Well got a set of old one's sat here so thought I would get them done, discs are about £130 to replace, and guessing skimming will be quite a bit cheaper!

I quick Google finds drilled or grooved discs for about £70 the pair.

Seen lots of money wasted on skimmed discs.
The disc is normally cast iron which tends to have a hard skin and soft centre. Use also hardens the disc further. When you skim the disc it can release stresses in the material which can cause the disc to warp. If you are lucky this happens straight away but it is more likely to happen a while into use at which point you have not only wasted the cost of the skim you have also wasted a set of pads.

hilsea mot center do it, dont know the price or anything as i plan on getting it done soon but havent phoned them yet
