Briefly heard about this show, but I doubt many from the local area knew much about it. I think what Haigh Hall would be great as is for a classic car show; the grounds, hall, and surrounding fields are the perfect place for such a venue with ample parking and places for trade stalls, etc, not on the scale of Tatton, but it doesn't have to be. Sadly, however, know one seems to have taken up this idea. Another place that would be suitable place is Haydock Racetrack, they ought to hold a classic car show there once in a while, there's certainly enough space for a small scale show. Even the Haigh Steam Rally (I think held around Aug/Sept each year) seems to have lost its way over the years as I can't recall the last time it was held.

Its a shame it clashes with VWNW at Tatton, as that is a fantastic show.

What time does this start/finish? Thanks.

VWNW is £5 per car entry to the park itself and then £7.50 per adult for the show (under 16s free).

The show clashed with VW Tatton and Carfest this year because even though the show for this year was booked 2 years ago, someone at the venue double booked the it with a wedding and they wouldnt ask the wedding to move even though the show was booked 12 months earlier.
Its back to the usual date of 2nd Sunday in August next year.Phil.

Definitely needs a bit more publicity / advertising. It wasn't even on the Haigh Hall website events listings! Ha ha.
