Secure motorcycle parking in Manchester (9 months)

This could be a bit of a long shot but does anyone know of any secure parking places in Manchester? I'm currently in halls of residence in central Manchester which doesn't have any proper parking facilities and I would like somewhere to keep a bike for 9 months.

Friend of mine has just moved to a flat on Oldham Street, and has got some kind of long-term deal at the multi-storey NCP which I think of being on Thomas Street but I think is known as the Tib Street car park. From what I understand it's a secure area separate to the general spaces, but I haven't seen it.

Not cheap at around £700 for the year (for a car at least).

Thanks for the info, I'll take a look. Hopefully it will be cheaper if they do m/c parking. £700 is more than I'm willing to pay though!

have you asked estates department of the uni you are at? they may know somewhere

Yep I've managed to blag a small space just about big enough to fit a 125 into. I'll wait till I've moved out of halls before I get something more interesting.
