Good Conveyancing Solicitor - Preston/NW?

Just wondered if anyone could recommend a decent conveyancing solicitor in the Preston area or in the Northwest?

I'm in the process of buying my first house (very excited about that!) and want someone who knows what they're doing and won't mess around and overcharge me.

I have used Napthans in Preston (on Winckley Square) a few times, they seem to do a good job and be reasonably priced, although no doubt there are cheaper ones out there.

They were my first choice but the seller has already snaffled them. Shame!

I've gone with Vincents now though.
