Don't know if you know Trafford Park at all but it's all industrial, so it's possible that there may not be enough room where STadT Technik is located but there's plenty of room in the surrounding area, don't think it should cause a problem

Yup, it looks like there is going to be tons of room across the road on Harp Trading Estate, and there are loads of places to pull in all down there.
