Restaurants in Manchester

I went to a restaurant in Warwick at the weekend. Basically they asked you what you didn't like and then served you a five course meal.

It was the most amazing meal; and I thought that uniqueness might be available in Manchester.

Does anyone know of a restaurant like that in Manchester?

Not heard of anything like that in Manchester but someone more knowledgeable might be along.

I've just moved to near Warwick, what was the restaurant you would recommend?
