If you can get the right side of burton road it's great - that estate between the parkway and burton road was never much cop but I'm a decade out of date. I think the withington hosp development is ok, No idea on schools. Chorlton/withington might be worth a shout as well - both will be a dead easy commute to m14.

Plenty far enough away from Alexandra Park...but close enough that popping to the Shell station next to it isn't a chore.andy43 said:

I'm in the new stuff on the old hospital site, nice place to live, no trouble. Standard modern housing problems such as lack of parking and streets thus not being suitable for kids on bikes apply. Very handy for the tram.tomjol said:
