North West Spotted Thread (Vol 3)

Silver Mercedes AMG GTS spotted this afternoon at the Esso garage on Wigan Rd, Standish (opposite the Boars Head). Shortly after spotted a dark red Jaguar F-Type coupe heading along Wigan Lane past Wigan Infirmary towards Wigan town centre.

Later spotted another Jag F-Type coupe (black or dark blue) heading down Orrell Rd in Orrell near The Stag.

I saw this as well. By San Carlo. Had some old cardboard boxes in it. Looked like a workhorse not a poser. A bit tatty!

It is real in so much that its a 3.2. The kit is a genuine aftermarket kit that was fitted at the time of delivery.

The guy who owns it bought it about 2 years ago and when he got it it had been 'modified' by its previous owner. Think GT3 rear spoiler, st chrome alloys etc!! It looked terrible. He's spent quite a bit of time returning it to how it should be.

It's used as a daily driver as suspected!

Spotted a red Caterham/Lotus 7 type kit car heading along Old Rd towards Ashton-in-Makerfield town centre this morning.

Also spotted this Jaguar F-Type coupe that had just briefly stopped beside Boots Chemist in Bryn. F-Types seem to be becoming quite common lately:

There's an Audi RS3 around Audenshaw which sounds amazing, I don't know if it's standard or not but I think I'm in love.

There's been a grey one shooting up and down Stockport Road, Guide Lane and towards the reservoirs all weekend.

Must be the same one, the one I've seen is grey as well. It sounds amazing.

Silver Aston Martin (not sure of model possibly DB9 vantage) sat on a car park in Orrell this morning. Saw same car in the same spot last Tues.

Green 675LT in Orrell this evening at The Stag junction. Plate had 78 in it I think. I've seen a white 12C knocking about before, I wonder if the owner's upgraded.

Horrendous weather in the Lakes on Friday. I came off the M6 onto the A590 and saw a green Huracan pass me, going a bit faster than he should have been... as he soon discovered a mile further down when he binned it through the barriers into the trees. Driver was a bit bloodied but seemed okay. The emergency services arrived very quickly given the location. The car itself did a good job structurally, but it was still fked unfortunately.

Spotted in Manchester his and hers red and white Ferraris. Have the Ferrari couple switched from 458 to 488s?

Only caught a very quick glimpse.

Saw a green badge on the back, Mountune maybe?!

Yep. They also have an Aventador roadster.
