Does anyone have a mobile Helicoil Engineer they can recommend who covers the Stockport, South Manchester area. I have a snapped manifold stud in a cast iron head, manifolds are off and there is plenty of access in the engine bay area.
Thanks Pete, I ended up whipping the head off yesterday and dropping it down at Tecno this morning. It is worth posting his number and I will save it for future and this thread may be searched for in the future too.
The guy's name is Dave Wilson and his number is 07769 658188. He lives in your area I think but he works all over the North West. I wouldn't be surprised if the lads at Techno knew him! The man is a top engineer.
