I'm sat between Leyland and Chorley, place called Buckshaw Village.

Due to the ongoing building work, a mobile valeter, would clean up round here. Excuse the pun.

Anyone else, on site?

Originally from Bentham (about 15mins east of Kirby Lonsdale) but now live in a small village called Marston (Cheshire) which is about 5 minutes from Knutsford and 5 minutes from Northwich.

Good times

My mate lives on Buckshaw village, he's not on PH though. He finds the building company unhelpful to say the least! That said it seems like a nice place from what I've seen of it. Are they building any shops there yet?

Hey there SneakyNeil,

Both building companies are cr@p to deal with.

However they have built some shops, a chemist, hair salon, nail place and a general store/off license type place.

I have again moved although not permanently. I am still Sowerby Bridge but have got an apartment in Manchester (The Lock building on Whitworth Street West) that I will use during the week over the next few months. No car parking space so the toys have to stay at home

John, If you don`t already know, 1st wed of the month at The Rigbye Arms in Wrightington, WLTVRCC. Good crew up there with good food and plenty of tyre kicking with like minded TVR enthusiasts!

You lie.

It's the Shire, Middle Earth you inhabit.

Oh christ, that sounds rather geeky!
