The increasing number of gay inuendos are a bit worrying mate.

Added to the little story of you frequenting a gay bar in Southampton (on more than the one occation).

just too let you guys know this will still be going ahead on the 4th of march.

i had a little accident the other day so am trying to get my car sorted but am planning on having a test run a week on sunday to finalise the route if any one fancys tagging along.

could do with getting some convoys organised down to the meet point.

from wht i can see weve got one from chesterfield, one from stoke area and one from manchester area.

ill organise the chesterfield one. meet up at the tesco in chesterfield near where all the recycle bins. we can then fuel up and check our tyre pressures before we set off. meet at 10 for a 10:15 set off.

if some of the other guys can organise one for your local area and try and sort a nice route down so its not too boring that would be great.

Good stuff. My car's in the garage at the moment waiting for a new exhaust manifold (old one was cracked to buggery and back) but it should be sorted this weekend so I may well be up for this recce run too. I'm an utterly terrible organiser so I won't be organising the Manchester people, but I'll help out where I can if someone else wants to organise something?

excellent.

just to remind people we still need some convoy/meeting point from manchester and stoke area if someone wants to organise a meet point and time.

chesterfield convoy will be meeting at tesco in chesterfield near the recycle bins at 10am with a 10:15am leave time. got a nice route planned down too the main meet point.

main meet point is maccelsfield tesco next too silk road at 11am, leaving at around 11:30-11:45am.

Given that I live about 30 seconds from Macc tesco, i'll just meet you all there.

Got my car back and it's running beautifully now. Had a proper look at the old exhaust manifold and it had a crack running about 3/4 of the way round just before it passed into the turbo, and at the worst part you could see daylight through it! Can't wait to take it for a proper blast.

Edit: I'm also down with the chavs now, I just hooked up my air bypass valve to vent to the atmosphere. It's totally Fast and Furious™! I'll leave it like that if it doesn't get too irritating or coat my engine bay in a nice fine mist of oil.
