I was walking through Brum city centre and there was a blue convertible pickup. It was a Chevy SRT8 but can't figure out what model it was. Was a pickup with like a PT Cruiser front end
Looked and sounded awesome Chevrolet SSR maybe?

That yellow 8 series must have clocked up a few miles, I see it all the time around and about. I would be up for a chat at the Hinderton, without the baggage I had at the Loaf the other night

You should ask for the postage to be reimbursed if/when you receive them.

Apparently they had run out of the red piping... I have been waiting for over a month now! Then I have the joy of fitting them all again, they are custom made to be as good as proper seats so getting them on right is a total arse. I dunno why Fiat couldn't have offered the Panda with normal coloured seats at launch, rather than gay blue and piss yellow. Crazy Italians.

I'd be up for a natter and a chat at the Hinderton, it's my local and I would drive although I could walk - should we start a meet thread?
As for that E31 8 Series, it is very lovely in the flesh and is wearing the 18" Alpina alloys from a B12 5.7 coupe.

Couple of spots while I was out for a play in the kit, both about 11:30 this morning:
Black 996 C4S in Manchester Airport tunnels Black V8 Vantage convertible (I think) in Hale

Good day of unusual spots...
Lovely yellow 968CS at the Leigh arms, knutsford. A good hoover away from perfection.
Carrera GT at the mobberly T junction - looked great, but declined a rev despite my arm waving whilst trying to repair a puncture.
Utterly beautiful 348 looking like 80's perfection in the run back to Wilmslow.
If the Carrera GT driver is PH'er - shame on you. It's your moral duty to share the noise when you have such a brilliant, rare car. Especially when I have a puncture 10 miles from home =)

Is that a diplomatic was of saying it's scruffy?! I don't wrap it in cotton wool - I want to enjoy it as intended on road and track. Even took it to Asda yesterday, though I wouldn't make a habit of it...all your food ends up stinking of petrol

Plymouth yank tank on A49 in Warrington. Some serious body roll on the roundabout, but great grumble noise.
Lots of nice stuff coming between Macc and Knutsford. Saw about twenty original minis, a 430, 599 and an older 60s style Ferrari followed by a few mins later by a yellow 355.

I would not make it a garage queen, enjoy it and make sure it is fly splattered after every drive.

Bright blue Jag XK-RS in Waddington before, sounded pretty good but such a shame it's so tarted up. The standard XK-R looks miles better imo.
