PistonHeads Cottage Loaf Meet, Wirral  Having successfully hosted the first PistonHeads Wirral meet summer last year. It’s that time of year again and we’re due another meet. I have spoken to Mike (manager) about such events, to which he has given the go ahead. Parking is adequate, but I’ll enquire about cordoning off a section of the car park exclusively for the meet, but generally this need not be done. For all those interested; can we decide upon some dates of which the majority of us can do? I’m expecting some nice metal to turn up as last year we had the likes of; Ferrari, Porsche, Caterham, Triumph, BMW etc I’m also expecting 675bhp Nissan GTR, 300bhp Focus ST and the likes of some other serious power! Cottage Loaf Pub, Telegraph Road, Thurstaston, Wirral, Merseyside. CH61 0HJ Remember guys, the new roundabout is now in place. Regards, Mini_Lund

Definitely up for this and I'm usually free most evenings after 7pm. I'll mention it to Tony who owns the Tiger. End of May and June are probably no good for me.

Hi Ben, no problem, the meet is flexible for the go-ahead at any time. I was also thinking of an evening meet, as it would still be light. If I recall correctly from the previous meet, I was wearing a vest and shorts! Lets get the ball rolling!

Poss up for this. Normally an anti-social creature but would be good to put some faces to names as I'm on Wirral three nights a week.

Jamie. I'm sure I could find some "prizes" to be awarded to some of the attendees . . . . . . . . . . something along the lines of: the "most likely to break down on way home" award etc 10JH can also be added to that list as I'm sure James will want attend.

Short notice I know, but what about sometime next week. It looks like it's going to be scorchio for a while, so no better time to get the cars out.
