Nothing too extravagant lol
Been looking for a low mileage 997tt gen 1 with the right spec for the past 6 years and i found one
Its cobalt blue with stone grey trim tip box pccb with all the toys like brand new as in out of the box new 8700 miles and one owner from new and the all important OPC warranty
6 years of searching is finally over phew!!

Hi all, I have attended a few of the meets over the last couple of years in the blue VXR8 and just seeing if anyone is able to help me out at the moment?

I won't be there this Sunday as I am getting a new gearbox for the car.

Also posted this in the North West section but not had any replies, so thought I'd also try my luck in here:

Might require help from a fellow PH'er on Wednesday 25th June if anyone can help.

I had promised my daughter I would drive her and 2 of her friends to their school levers prom in my VXR8. Problems occurred last week when the gearbox imploded and I am in a race against time to get it rebuilt and back on the road.

Just seeing if there is anyone local to the Bolton area (with a car fit for a prom!) willing to help out and give them a lift to the venue on their special night, should mine not make it back on the road. If not they'll all be squashing in the back of my wife's Hyundai Getz

Would be happy to pay towards any fuel, time etc. Only needed for a lift one way as I would collect, been advised it's all about the arrival at these things?!

Await replies requesting pictures of my daughter and her friends etc ....

Bit late here but is anyone allowed at these meets?

I'd like to pop up there in the MB if at all possible (weather dependant) It does tick a few PH boxes even though it is a boring 4 door saloon...
