Got caught in a jam on A64, on way to test drive a Fiat coupe, after having it driven into me by Bobbins on Monday how dependable his Italian cars all were.

It was a lovely Alfa 156 on fire in lane 1 :-( poor thing.

Also saw a White Nissan Skyline in Kippax.

I was gonna say, don't worry, it's not just York. They've done loads of sections near garforth/barwick/swilling ton recently. All of it, absolutely ste.

I picked up more stone chips on my car in the week after the section Phil mentions, than my car had during its previous 13 years.

Car in general - loved it, chunky, heavy controls, dominated by its engine and the noise. Polar opposite of a delicate little MX-5. Brill.

The particular one I saw - way too ropey/cheap for what I want, real fixer-upper. Was worth a look though.

Some nice cars in the holiday inn at garforth - a V6 Clio, V8 Ms saloon, and an E30 Baur convertible.

Followed a Rosso F430 into Sheffield, and just now got passed by a split mint looking Guards Red 944 in Garforth

Two crackers today in Garforth, a 993 Targa at the Goose pub and a Subaru 22B in the Shell opposite.

I'm glad its there, but I wish they'd fecking make their minds up about which pump stands have which fuel at them, and correct the signage.

I've put V-power in the Missus crapbox, very nearly put petrol in a diesel - becuase it has a BLACK handle, and keep missing the regular becuase its not at all the pumps.

Very, very snide and I know its deliberate - The posted prices are the cheap fuels, excepts the only fuels available at ALL the pumps are the dear ones.
