Let me know Ben if you want me to sit in with you, as I'll have to sort time off work,
Ian, I'll see you on the Lummies as I'll be out marshalling again, I did think about helping on Sat night but after getting a soaking in Wales on the Winter Challenge I'm off to the NW Stages on Fri instead.

Don't blame you Jez, I reckon it will be damned cold in Lincolnshire on Saturday night. I'm happy to be sat in the Car.
The Lummies is finally shaping up, looks like it will happen this time, I think they are up to about 30 now, could be better, but if they pull the plug this time it's likely to be their last chance.

Yes we'll be there, well someone's got to come last!
Glad you don't need an odometer, mine reads in Kms...
You would need one for a 12 Car though Martin, or a calculator and a very quick Brain!Glad you don't need an odometer, mine reads in Kms...

Would there not be time before start / after receiving roadbook for the nav to quickly apply his conversion factor to the distances? We do that on the Euro rallies.
Possible I suppose, but sometimes the road book is given out at your start time as it might be Plot and Bash, but using Jogularity for the first half. Also don't forget on an evening event everything is a bit tighter on time than during the day, you might only have a quarter of an hour between signing on and setting off, depeding on what time you can get to the start venue.
Either way it would add a complication which a Novice Nav could well do without. I take it Martin the Lancia would be you chosen steed?.
Mind you as it's looking I think the first 12 car won't be until October, it's scatters until then. I've put my head above the parapet to organise it too, so I will bear this in mind. I'm hoping to have only the experts on P&B, with novices on a pre-plot system, but I might not be able to make that work.
Really really wanted to do this Wednesday... But just moved work site and didn't get back home til 7 today ater a 6am start
So i am going to struggle. Just if you can Benjj save me a copy of the route/clue sheet so I can have a go at plotting it at home. I may even get chance to run it as well sometime. Have a god night we'd.... Cheers

I'm not the only one who has a lightly blowing exhaust then.
We do however have a problem, being totally disorganised we can't find anywhere to buy a 99 map, can anyone lend us one please?
