The early morning part, yep. Not the part after bacon buttie time as family takes over.
March is generally good for me I think.

Guys - without meaning to derail the thread, I might have Sunday morning 'free' as she will be working. As long as its not been snowing again, I'll probably head out for a couple hours - perhaps up over the NYM, heading roughly North from York ringroad. Anyone fancies a little run out for a coffee somewhere far away PM me...

If I can manage a bit more time, I'll get up early, and head up to Scotch Corner to do the big triangular loop from Barnard Castle, which is absolutely stunning if the roads are dry and its clear (Wide, winding, clear sighted and 'quick').

Ice Hockey season is coming towards conclusion, so it must be time for taking off the winters and adding in some early morning car related tomfoolery.

Z4 + cheap winters + snow = mighty fine commuting. Z4 + cheap winters + hooning = hello ditch!

I'll keep my eye on this one read

Ok chums, slight change of plan.

Lets organise the full day jobby in summer when it is lighter. I'll go back through all posts and come up with a proposed date/time but we'll go for an early run with a bacon roll stop, finished by 9am.

Interested, but it'll have to be the wife's Accord slushbox as we don't have anything that's both hoon-worthy and roadworthy at the moment.

Who remembers this one? It was a cracking day in February, about 2007ish?

I'm not even sure how many of the regular members on here now were there?

I still have the route from this one, in fact I've done it a good few times since with other groups. I think it was one of Marks magical mystery tours, and we had a photo shoot in front of the Bowes museum. Happy to share the route if anyone fancies it (its brill) but far further north than the Dales.
