Im looking for a firm who can trim a small number of alloy plates (possibly anodised, clear, black or gold) without marking their faces, dress the front facing edges with a 45° cut and drill and countersink four mounting holes on the front.

Sheffield area preferred. Any help appreciated.

Lazer is the most common cutting method for small stuff, but many of the companies won't touch Aluminium and Anodising can affect that too as it can damage the equipment, (so I was lead to believe).
Water Jet would be probably be the answer, but then you would have to add the countersinking and the beveled edge.
Are you talking about large quantities, or just a couple?.

We find these people helpful.
