Unit to let in Knaresborough

Hi guys,
I am leaving my little unit in Knaresborough within the next few weeks, leaving it vacant. This sort of premesis is very hard to come across, and I've only decided to leave as I have another place now.
The unit is located pretty much in the centre of Knarsborough. It's 10 metres long by 5 metres wide, plenty of roof height and has a big roller shutter door for car access.
The unit is NOT mine, this is not intended to be an advert, but I am letting fellow PHers (a handful or so have been to the unit and said they'd love to rent it if I left) and no dealings will be done with me, it is council owned and rent is due to them. I can't say what price is will be if I leave, but I pay £400 a month including VAT and it's rates exempt. I can't imagine the price will rise. You can easily get two cars in, 3 will fit but you couldn't do a great deal around the cars.
It's in a nice area, no trouble at all, no passing trade (good for me anyway) and the courtyard it's located in only has two other companies in - Both friends of mine.

Once again, not an advert, no benefit to me at all in this deal, just trying to line up a taker as I know many have asked!
