The Internet is a scary place isn't it. I had a look to see who that might be. In 5 minutes I had (possibly incorrectly):

Neil Christopher Barron
Date of birth: September 1969

There are 2 other local names on the list of current and former directors, but given where this car was seen then this looks the most likely candidate. Or maybe it was one of the other share holders visiting him. £950K though, you could nearly buy all of Normanton for that! Not that you'd want to. Help-Link's financial stats have shot through the roof in the last 2 years.

I wonder what he thinks about the HS2 link running 100 metres away from his house.
