30 signs at the lights near TGI's, they don't repeat them down Kirkstall Road until you get to the speed cameras.
Sneaky, especially as you get scamera cars parked up near the fire station
I reckon half the time I drive down that exit road there is a double decker bus in the inside lane covering that sign and I end up breezing past unaware of its existence. I live opposite and drive that road many times a week and yet can honestly say I have never noticed it.Sneaky, especially as you get scamera cars parked up near the fire station

As an unfortunate receiver of a speed awareness course I now have the following rule drilled into me: If you can't see a repeater the speed limit is 30 or NSL. Closely spaced lamp posts and being in an urban area usually suggests the lower limit. Otherwise there will be a repeater every 40m (ish) to tell you the speed.Thankfully haven't been clocked yet and will drive at 30ish now I know
Not that that seems to make the blindest bit if difference in Leeds. Everyone seems to do 10-25mph over the speed limit, apart from the NSL ring road near Adel which everyone seems to do 25mph :/

Ah, I'm usually too busy planning overtakes from the middle lane there so I'll be trying to intimidate the driver next to me with glares and the sound of a blowing exhaust on the CRV crumb catcher. Sneaky, especially as you get scamera cars parked up near the fire station
Black A45 AMG on Kirkstall Rd this afternoon. Red 991 turbo on Kirkstall Rd this evening, black 991 turbo on Geldard Rd near the dealership an hour later
Oh and a bellend in a stripped out Pug 106 who decided to floor it down the wrong lane down the majority of Asquith Ave to get ahead of the stationary traffic. Sadly he managed to avoid a head on collision by slotting into a gap just in time. I'm no angel but N983HYG you sir are a . Also don't smoke weed and drive, it isn't smart at the best of times let alone when you are pulling stunts like that.

Wasn't a white one was it? Was at a pug meet just last night and a stripped out 106 was there.11pm approaching Shaw Cross lights, Dewsbury, a very nice white BMW i8. Unfortunately being driven by an absolute prick. Stopped at the red lights, decided he was far too important to be kept waiting so drove through, then stopped in the middle of the junction to turn right. Then absolutely floored it with the lights still red. Bet its from one of the many posh car hire places in Dewsbury.

No MOT and on a SORN, almost certainly no insurance.carlove said:
