The poor 'Shell' guys Merc. It always looked in great nic'.

As for the studio, the guy was due to open it in Feb
His Merc did look like a clean example, it's a shame! That looks like a different studio behind the offices where I work. Went down last night and the road has been cleared of water but there is plenty of mud and debris around there.

That's how high it was at around 23:45 on Saturday. It may have crept up a tad higher to the top of the green cable/virgin media box later on in the night. The submerged arches have wood on the face of them so water will have found its way in through there and down into the studio.

5ft of water in the recording studio apparently. Will take months to sort out

Crown Plaza t'other side of the roundabout seems to have badly hit which seems a bit odd given it stands quite a bit higher than Wellington Street. I belong to the gym there and had a text to say its likely to be closed between 2 - 4 weeks and no power to the building. I did notice it was in darkness when I walked past on Sunday night.

Meanwhile in drier parts of Yorkshire.
A stunning cream E Type Roadster being pursued by a silver S2 Elise in Flockton.
Green Chimaera burbling past the Railway pub on Drig bypass.

Believe me a WRX Subaru is a nicer drive! She is getting on a bit at 30 years old, and a lot changes with cars in that time.
