Anyone experienced with the k series?

Hi all,

Head gasket has started to go on my ZR but whilst I'm willing to give it a go, it's important I get it right. Just wondering if anyone's in the DN14 area that could give me a hand? I'm opting to pay someone at the moment but would rather get the experience myself than relying on someone else.

Second that, Adrian looks after my ZR and I heard he changes head gaskets in his sleep...
