I'd be up for a good old scenic run in the morning....but not a "brisk" speeds for cars with 400+bhp
Within the speed limit for me!
I only have 100bhp (ok I only weigh 350Kg) and 2 wheels
Could do a bikey one towards the summer, but you still might struggle with 100hp & 350kg Within the speed limit for me!

It's brisk.
But to answer your question, in the past we have had 911 Turbos, Ferraris of various sorts, McLaren, AMGs, Lotus, TVRs (though not so many these days), BMWs, Boxsters, Lamborghinis, even a Conti GT, although that was a bit of a slow old bus ;-)
Sounds like a great variety of cars! I'd love to come along just to see the machinery, although mine is not quite as exotic as some in the list above. Even so I suppose even some of the fast cars are limited to the road type. I'd be up for giving it a try in my MkV r32. Yeah. Unlikely to get much over 175 ;-)
Stu, clocks go forward 29 Mar, which I can't do as children's weekend. Having said that, the weekend before, 22nd may be better as sunrise is at 06:00. A week later when the clocks go forward sunrise is at 06:44. It doesn't hit 06:00 again until about 19 April (Give or take a few mins as these are London times).
