LBA Parking Help

Just after a bit of help from the PH massive.

Looking for some cheap parking at Leeds Bradford for most weekends in August in exchange for beer tokens.

Will probably need to be flexible/have independent access to the car as the budget flights are often delayed, but happy to leave a spare key etc..

Before anyone gets excited, it's my diesel commuter car I'm talking about.

I basically commute out at weekends using budget airlines, to see my wife & little one (she's a teacher, goes to stay at her Dad's house near Lucca for a month).

When I say 'beer tokens', I can also do some very lovely prosecco, semi sparkling white, rose or indeed some pretty damned fine red wines of course

My good friend who lived near Standsted used to drop me off Fridays at departures & leave the car in the short stay Sunday nights, with the ticket safely tucked away, which worked brilliant as I was delayed several times over the years. Anyway, that selfish bugger has bought himself a farm in Wales, so that options buggered.

What time on Friday to what time on Sunday? I don't have room on my drive, but might know somewhere very close you could park up depending on this

It's looking like Weds pm to Sunday noon from the Ryanair schedules.

Ah, probably can't help then. There's an office opposite my house where friends and family stop park on a weekend. Can't use it from Wednesday through though

Don't know it to be fair. As we live nearby we just get a taxi for a fiver

How much are Sentinel charging just out of interest? I'm 1 mile away as the crow flies but it's between 5-7 miles by road depending on which route you take. I have a space on a private development in a very quiet area but you'd have to make your own arrangements to get to/from the airport due to me working nights.

I worked there for four years and have booked parking for a few people on here. I'm not there anymore but would still recommend, they are second to none in that area for that type of service. Proper marked bays and as secure as they come.
