i've seen someone driving that in Pudsey too! I think it had dreamcar event stickers on the side and looked like it was driven by a nerdy 27/8 year old

Correct, although his car didn't pass the noise test and was therefore, not allowed on track unfortunately. The owner is a really nice chap.
