Leeds Tunnel Run 2016
Discussion
As the passenger in the lotus, I got the full noise value in the Tunnels and we kept the roof on. As for the VXR I'm surprised it wasn't setting car alarms off!, in the areas of the tunnels. A good run even if we did take a detour to look at the Merrion Centre, who knew men were interested at shopping at 8 am on a Sunday morning!

Great way to spend a Sunday morning and well worth a trip over the hills from Lancashire for.
Thanks again to Adam for arranging and hope to make the next one.
Cheers.
Key to organising these events is keeping the attendees at a manageable size and don't take the p!ss with the route.
Tearing down the headrow at 90mph is going to attract a lot of attention. We start at the outer ring road and finish there. Hit a few tunnels on the drive round, but its all done in good taste. Importantly I vetted the members to see who they were, there previous threads car etc in case there were any di1ckheads for where going to 'race' or do burnouts. Also, keep the route private until the last minute and away from social media.
I haven't had a chance to arrange any since last time as been working away a lot and any time I have spare need to keep for the family.

Fancy pulling another one together this summer? I'm in a similar situation with working away but I don't mind helping out where I can. Let me check my diary to see where I am, and also what car I can borrow. Sold my toy as it spent all it's time at Manchester airport car park :-( D
