Tyre Dealer / Puncture Repair Recommendation

Please can somebody help with a suggestion/s for a tyre dealer in Leeds (+20 miles) who can remove the tyre (Bridgestone runflat) from a 19" BMW rim without damaging the damn wheel in the process. Seriously, how difficult is it ? I'm slowly running out of patience, and Leeds dealers due to damage, not just to this car, but my two previous cars also. One of which (the MR2), I sold as I couldn't live with the gouge left by some brain dead neanderthal.
I therefore would be most grateful if somebody, anybody could recommend a reputable, professional tyre specialist within 20 miles of Leeds who cares.

I use Motorsport Wheels just off the Coal Road in Seacroft for all things tyre related.

The blokes who do the tyre changing are not mouth breathing idiots in my experience. I have never had any problems or suffered any damage there.
