Oh dear, unfortunately I was in London for the weekend, otherwise I would have gone down.

That's the spirit!!! *sighs*

I have nothing to do with the event, but considering someone has taken the time to organise, get a venue which serves food and drink and safe for everyone to meet and talk cars should be supported.
This is only the second meet so give it time. All things take time to develop and become popular, you can't expect a dozen exotics turning up overnight.
I believe there was only around 8-10 cars at the first meet and it was more than double that this meet so I would say that's progress wouldn't you?!

Yes we noticed you drive by, did the barrier outsmart you?

It was my first turn out, however I am glad I made the effort to support a local meet. Do you think Liverpool or any of the larger Coffee & Cars events started at the size & popularity they are now? Must have been 25+ vehicles there ranging from classic cars, "modern Modded" American muscle and prestige Bentley/Aston Martin. We even had a helicopter and the boys in blue in their "intercepter" vehicles.

I would however suggest whilst the meet is in its early stages, it might be better to hold it between (suggestion only) 10.30 - 12.30 and extend the hours as required.

If everyone had your attitude nothing would get started, next time (if there is a next time) don't just drive by with your head turned to the left looking. Stop and join in, or jog along but don't make unnecessary negative comments.

Thank you to those that turned up. Attendance was definitely up on last time and heading in the right direction. Met a nice bunch of fellow enthusiasts plus the bacon and sausage barms were a winner lick

Next meet is set for Sunday 14th August.

A few quick iPhone photo's showing we are certainly getting a variety of vehicles...

No, you didn't... and no it didn't.

I wasn't in any of the cars in my profile and I've been in that car park enough times to know how it works.

I came past early doors on my way to a family event but decided the family event wasn't worth being late to.
