Car storage in Yorkshire

I have just bought a 3 acre site close to the A1 between Rotherham and Doncaster, the site has a very clean and dry 15,000sqft warehouse with 16 cctv cameras on site, a full perimeter fence with keypad entry and 24/7 attendance onsite this would be perfect for classics or prestige car or bike storage.

Question: Is there a market for this service in Yorkshire?

I don't have a link yet as I've only just bought the site and currently run my transport company from there, but just wanted see if there was a requirement for this type of storage. I could fill the place with pallets but would rather diversify into a different sector, I could also offer transportation as that's currently my core business.

I've got my motor in storage in York whilst I'm having some work done on the garage, there's a few classics and exotics stored there long term. I'd recommend having somewhere to wash cars, ensure it's dehumidified, somewhere to make a brew etc. People will want to go and work on their cars, take them out for the day etc, so if its not the case you can walk out of your backdoor to open up then it could be a PITA.
