That’s their website, I’ve been there a couple of times (on two wheels) and really enjoyed it.

I like The Motorist as well, but there was some real meat whistle behaviour last time I was there from a small element.
Cheers thumbup

There’s a Ken Block appreciation meet on Sunday at NY500, not entirely sure what that means tbh, but there’s a fair few going, Yorkshire Supercar Owners group for one.

Motorist this weekend are asking people to pre-register. Think that’s aiming to control numbers/ keep a lid on idiots at a guess.

It’s a thin line between busy/interesting and too busy/boring. It’s a great set up there, but no way am I queuing to get into something like that.

I think the weekend that most people are referencing with poor planning/behaviour was actually multiple events that coincided with each other (including a memorial meet for a local). I didn't make it thankfully but it looked like chaos from friends photos; certainly not an average weekend though. I've been lots of times and while there's plenty to criticise about it, I have never come away from the place really thinking its the clientele. The food in the Arnage is also genuinely very good.

It does have one thing in common with C&M though which is that it's just a bit soul-less. I found C&M in particular was basically just an expensive squires for people who thought they were youtubers.

I did notice on one of their instagram posts that they were asking people to register for the cars and coffee event, so wonder if they're going to turn it to registered attendees only?

Just to give this a bump, had an excellent breakfast here yesterday morning with a couple of mates. It was the busiest I’ve seen it midweek, no doubt due to the nice weather. A few interesting motors around but mainly everyday stuff.

No parkrun, made it up for an hour, maybe 40 cars around.

Highlight was a green emira first edition, gorgeous

They’ve made changes to the cafe, cara on raised platforms with shop moved in and loads of Yorkshire produce.

I'll either be there in the Buick or my Z4 coupe for that one,

Missed them since the new years meet shambles, been looking for one that's worthwhile, as I'm not willing to queue for half the day to then queue for half the day for Motorist x Barry Boys meet biglaugh

I was over there today and it was a great morning. Really good weather.

I got there early to get a hard floor parking space and a coffee before the crowds built up. Cars still arriving with I left at noon.

Some really nice stuff, huge mix from some lovely 80s Volvo's to top tier super cars and everything in between.

Some revving and showing off but personally I don't mind that as long as everyone is safe
