All are welcome to "Big Bad Wedge Fest #3" on Saturday July 15 2006 at Ettington Chase Conference centre.

The event is FREE entry, and in addition to the show there will be an evening BBQ in the White Horse beer garden nearby £10 per head in advance. Rooms at the conference centre have been pegged to £60 per head.

We've timed this years event to ensure attendees have a good choice of action for the Sunday. For those who want to participate, there is a £20 entrance "run what you've brung" drag meet at the shakespeare county dragway, and for those who prefer to spectate, there is the TVR race meeting at Silverstone just 20 miles or so across great driving roads. See the BBWF thread on the wedge forum for more details

Glad to see this doesn't clash with any NYTVRCC events and hope you don't mind me tagging this into the events thread. Hope to see some of you there.

Yep, we just found out a couple of days ago that Blackpool council had determined 15/7/06 for the "sprint on the prom" despite attempts by TVRCC representitives to shift it away from our already long fixed date. Oh well, for those that want to come up from down south for the Factory Tour on the Sunday, the BBWF would make an ideal staging post for the saturday evening I guess. Have fun in Blackpool.

Are you using a Mac Rich? Those quote marks and hyphens are bamboozling Ted's system.

So you don't want to include my trip to Donnington for the GTs then ? OK - however if anyone does want to go in a group then let me know.

Looks like the Donnington race has moved to 21st May in the provisional calendar and the first race is now Oulton Park on 17th April. There will be no race at Croft so a trip to both of the above would apear to be in order.

Who's going on the back home run?
I presume most will be going on the Sunday?
